How does the design process work?

It all starts with your idea… send us an email describing what you’d like to create, include any reference photos, sketches, and rough dimensions. We’ll contact you with any further questions to best understand your vision, timber preferences, and budget before we start designing. We work closely with you every step of the way to make sure you’re happy with the design as we bring your vision to life.

What is included in the design package?

We offer FREE initial design packages to help you visualise a design tailored to your unique vision. After getting in touch about your project we create your design package that includes 3X INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPTS - created around your requirements and reference images you provide, tailored to your budget. From there, you can choose one design and make up to three further variations, giving you the freedom to tweak, adjust, and fine-tune the details until the design perfectly reflects your vision.

Can I use my own timber or choose a specific slab?

Absolutely. We love incorporating timber that already has a story or special meaning to you. You can choose from our range of timber slabs shown on our timber stock page, or we can source the perfect timber species and size to suit your project.

What happens when the design is finalised?

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll help you select the timber, accents, and finishes, then provide a detailed quote and estimated completion date. Any design fees are deducted from the final price.
A 50% deposit is required to begin the build, with the remaining 50% payable on completion prior to delivery or installation.
